Pigeonneau a la Crapaudine
One of my Flickr contacts, Jello Kitty, ran across this photo of “Squab Dressed as Toads” in a 1960-vintage book of French cookery and couldn't resist posting it. My gourmet club would be stunned, I'm sure.
